Bloom Living Granada 2

Bloom Living Granada 2 is a residential project under construction in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, built by Bloom. The second phase of the Granada quarter within the Bloom Living community is scheduled for handover in Q1 2028, and construction is 9% complete. Apartments are sold freehold, with prices starting from 1,171,000 AED.

The Buildings and Shared Spaces

Eight low-rise buildings of four floors each are grouped around communal areas, with 458 apartments in total. The architecture draws on traditional Mediterranean homes, and detailed facades will face spacious courtyards and open gardens. A shared Apartment Entrance Lobby will lead into each residential building. By design, residents will have use of the wider Bloom Living community infrastructure, not just the spaces of this phase, and parks will be linked into a continuous network.

Apartments and Layouts

Buyers can choose between studios and apartments with separate bedrooms, and every home will have high ceilings and large windows. Kitchens come in open and closed versions, so a plan can be selected with cooking combined with the dining area or set in its own room. Staff rooms appear in some layouts, including Type M and Type M1. Ground floor apartments will open onto private terraces. In the studios, Type A1 has 34 m² of internal area and Type A2 has 36 m²; ground floor Type A1 reaches a maximum external area of 24 m² and 58 m² overall, while Type A2 reaches 14 m² and 50 m². Apartments with one, two and three bedrooms are also available, with internal areas ranging from 55 m² to 144 m² depending on type.

Amenities Within the Quarter

A swimming pool and a Community Gym are planned within the quarter, and the main Clubhouse with sports and entertainment zones will be a short walk away. Children will have shaded play areas and a Kids’ Indoor Play Area. Cafes and lounge zones will be provided for meetings after activities. A landscaped garden, a children’s play area, a gym and a pool are part of the project.

Ownership and Payment

The service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year, and the price per m² is 13,533 AED. Payment plans are available: one structure sets 7% on booking, 45% during construction and 50% on handover, another sets 22% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on handover. The developer may substitute materials with equivalent ones, and only the contract has force.
