Beach Walk Grand

Beach Walk Grand is a residential tower under construction in Dubai Islands, Dubai. Imtiaz is building it, with handover planned for Q4 2026. Construction has reached 53%.

The Building

The tower will have 12 residential floors, with 113 units in total. On the ground floor there will be a lobby, above it two parking floors in a podium, then the 12 residential floors, and at the top a roof with a pool and lounge. The facade is designed with smooth curved balconies, and the building will look like a wave frozen at the shore.

Apartments and Penthouses

There will be 54 one-bedroom apartments, 54 two-bedroom apartments and 4 three-bedroom penthouses. One-bedroom apartments will range from 850 to 1 252 sq ft, two-bedroom apartments from 1 000 to 1 588 sq ft. Penthouses will range from 3 600 to 3 900 sq ft, with high ceilings, their own terraces and spacious balconies raised above the shoreline. Floor-to-ceiling windows are planned in every home, and the living rooms will look out over the Persian Gulf.

Furniture, Kitchen and Smart Home

Every residence will be handed over fully furnished, with furniture made for the project and a fully built-in kitchen equipped with appliances from European brands. Each apartment will have a smart home system, and each bedroom will have a walk-in closet with built-in lighting.

Amenities

On the roof there will be an infinity pool and a lounge with panoramic views. A second infinity pool will be in the courtyard, surrounded by a wooden deck and sun loungers. The indoor gym will be fitted with modern equipment and finished in light wood. The list also includes a children's play area, a landscaped garden, a running track, a spa, a club house with lounges, billiards and games tables, and Peaceful Perch, an outdoor seating area.

Ownership and Payment

The project is freehold. Prices start from 2 850 000 AED, at 32 845 AED per m². The service charge is 172.22 AED per m² a year. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover.
