Central Park Plaza

Central Park Plaza is a new residential project under construction in City Walk, Dubai, developed by Meraas. It will be the final phase of Central Park at City Walk, with handover planned for Q4 2026. Construction is 44% complete.

Two towers in Central Park

The project consists of two towers. Tower A will rise 22 floors and Tower B will rise 20 floors. Both stand within the green space of Central Park at City Walk, and by design the windows will look out on tree crowns, pools and lawns. Central Park Plaza completes Central Park at City Walk as its last phase of apartments.

Homes from 2 bedrooms

The catalogue lists 2 bedroom apartments from 119.19 m², priced from 4,400,000 AED, at 36,916 AED per m². Across the project there are 250 units, with apartments of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, 4 bedroom townhouses and three storey penthouses with 5 bedrooms. All residences will be delivered finished and furnished, and homes are sold as freehold.

Price and payment

Prices start at 4,400,000 AED. The payment plan is 24% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on handover.

Park, pools and sport by design

The towers will stand in the greenery of Central Park, with lawns, flowering trees, winding paths and pools at the base. Pools in the park will be surrounded by greenery, with sun loungers, umbrellas and canopies, and water play areas for children beside them. A running track will cross the park, alongside tennis and squash courts, a half basketball court, lawns for games and sport, and a slope for skateboarding. There will be an outdoor gym and an indoor gym with treadmill rows along panoramic windows.

Lobby, concierge and shared spaces

A wide canopy will cover the entrance, with steps, fountains and trees beside it. The lobby is planned as a spacious living room with soft armchairs and sofas, and in one of the residents' lounges a tree will grow inside. A concierge will assist residents. Next to the lobby there will be zones for working on a laptop or meeting a guest, and event halls for private celebrations.

Getting around

City Walk is two minutes on foot from the project. Sheikh Zayed Road is two minutes by car, Dubai Mall and Jumeirah Beach are ten minutes by car, and Dubai International Airport is twenty minutes by car.
