Chelsea Residences 2

Chelsea Residences 2 is a new residential project by DAMAC in Dubai Maritime City, Dubai. It is part of the wider Chelsea Residences development, created under an official partnership with Chelsea F.C., and is currently under construction. Handover is planned for Q4 2029, with construction progress at 5%.

The second phase: three towers

Chelsea Residences 2 consists of three towers, Tower A, Tower B and Tower C, which stand next to the first phase towers and share a podium, beach and common amenities with them. Six towers make up the whole Chelsea Residences project, and this second phase occupies three of them. The towers are designed as a stepped form rising above the water, with horizontal bands of balconies across the facades.

Homes and layouts

The project has 1445 units across 31 floors. Apartments have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. One bedroom units range from 72.01 m² to 93 m² and start at 2,513,000 AED. Two bedroom units range from 153.81 m² to 154.16 m² and start at 5,125,000 AED. Prices start from 2,503,000 AED, at 33,245 AED per m². Ownership is freehold, and the service charge is 193.75 AED per m² a year.

Payment plan

The payment plan is 15% on booking, 45% during construction and 40% on handover.

Beach, pools and the podium

By design, the podium will hold pools, gardens and a beach a few steps from the lifts. Coral Reef is a pool styled as a colourful underwater garden, with swings above the water, and it sits next to the Infinity Pool and the Infinity Sand Pool, seating in the water and a separate children's pool. The Coral Beach and a beach club will sit at the water's edge, with the Tranquillity Falls cascade, garden pavilions and a sunken garden between the pools. Dining and drinks will be available at Aqua Dining and the Oasis Bar.

Sport and wellness

The Stamford Summit football pitch is planned for the roof, above the bay. A football simulator room with a goal and screen will allow shooting practice indoors, and the Chelsea Athlete Performance Training Centre is designed for serious training. There will also be an outdoor gym, an open air yoga area, a running track around the podium and the Legends' Walkway. The Starlit Wellness Centre is planned with a starry ceiling and quiet water, alongside a rain therapy room, cryotherapy, sound therapy by a waterfall, a salt room and a water treatments tunnel. Spa Serenity, couples treatments, the Kneipp Parkour path, the Five Senses Grounding Path, a meditation garden, sensory corridors and Forest Relaxation Pods among tropical greenery complete the wellness areas.

Dining and leisure

A healthy fine dining restaurant will open in the building, with guest chefs and a hall residents can book for their own dinners. A monotropic food cafe, the Sunset Bar and Captain's Table on the podium, the Oasis Bar by the water, the Chelsea Powerhouse lounge, The Pride Lounge and the Stamford Cinema are also planned.

Location

Dubai Maritime City sits on a peninsula between old and new Dubai. The drive to Downtown Dubai is 22 minutes, to City Walk 15 minutes, to J1 Beach 14 minutes and to Dubai International Airport 23 minutes.
