Elan Tower

Elan Tower is a residential tower under construction in Dubai Land (DLRC), Dubai. Alfulaiti Development is building it, with handover planned for Q1 2029. Apartments are priced from 500,000 AED.

Apartments and sizes

The tower will have studios, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments. A studio starts from 420 sq ft, about 39 m². The studio layout by design includes an open kitchen, a separate bathroom and a considered plan. Floor areas for the one and two bedroom apartments have not been published.

Ownership

Apartments are sold as freehold. A buyer of any nationality can purchase.

Rooftop pool and terrace

The main shared space is planned for the top of the tower. Renderings show a pool with a transparent edge, sun loungers, planted greenery and a sunshade on the roof. The pool will sit at the roof edge, and the roof will look out over the green quarters of Dubai Land and the surrounding roads. The terrace will be shared by all residents.

Amenities in the building

Eight amenities are listed for residents: a pool, a gym, a yoga studio, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a barbecue area, a children's playground and a lounge area. Landscaped gardens, restaurants and video surveillance also appear in open project data, with details yet to be published.

Architecture

The developer describes the architecture as modern. Renderings show a light facade with flowing lines, vertical fins on the podium and open balconies on every residential floor. Curved lines run across the podium fins, and evening lighting will repeat them. Balconies with rounded edges will wrap the residential floors, with potted shrubs and trees shown on many of them. A curved canopy will mark the top of the tower above the roof terrace.

Expo City is 12 minutes away, Dubai Marina 18, Downtown 20, Palm Jumeirah 22 and the DXB airport 25.
