Regent Yacht is a new-build hotel project under construction in Dubai Internet City, developed by Palladium Development and also known as Regent Yacht by Palladium. Handover is planned for Q3 2028. The building is designed in the shape of a modern yacht in the middle of Dubai's business district.

The architecture follows the strict elegance of a modern yacht, with smooth curves and measured symmetry. Each floor is conceived as a separate deck, and each deck is planned to combine comfort, refinement and maritime calm. Wide glazing will frame the view over Dubai Internet City. The project has 5 floors in total.

235 units, studios from 32.8 m²

Regent Yacht will hold 235 units, offered as studios starting from 32.8 m² and from 1,750,000 AED. The price per m² is 53,354 AED. Ownership is freehold.

Payment plan: 20% on booking, 40% during construction, 40% on handover

The project plans a swimming pool, a gym, a club house, a restaurant, a spa, a retail space and a sports court. Two pools are planned: a spacious main pool and a separate children's pool. The restaurant will serve a varied cuisine, and the cafe will offer light snacks and drinks. A fully equipped gym is also planned, alongside the spa, club house, sports court and retail space.
