UH

UH is a new-build project by Ellington in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, across from Dubai Marina. It is planned as two towers, East Tower and West Tower, with 35 floors each. Construction is under way at 63%, with handover scheduled for Q1 2027.

Residences and floor plans

The towers are set to hold 764 units. Plans run from studios to apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, and each layout will have a balcony. One bedroom apartments start at 86 m² and from 1,700,000 AED, with the price per m² at 19,767 AED. Ownership is freehold, and the service charge is set at 172.22 AED per m² a year.

Amenities across the building

The building is arranged by levels. At the bottom will be the lobby, the entrance and residents' parking, with a shop and a cafe in the building. A separate level is given to the Horizon Pool, 37 metres long, with gardens, a children's water area and a barbecue zone. The same level will hold a padel court, a basketball court, a skate park, an outdoor yoga area, a residents' lounge and changing rooms. Inside there will be a children's playroom and an outdoor play area, a pets area and a podcast room. An electric car charging point, a bicycle parking area with a wash station, parking for people with disabilities and a moving truck zone are also planned.

Sport and spa on the 20th floor

The 20th floor will hold the Health Club, a fitness studio with a climbing wall, an interactive fitness hall and an air yoga studio. Sky Spa on the same floor is set to include infrared saunas and steam rooms, separate for women and men.

Club on the roof

The top level is planned as a club for all residents. It will include a 17 seat cinema with a popcorn corner, a multifunctional room, a games room, the Record Lounge and the club terrace with a lounge and a reception desk. For work there will be a shared work area, acoustic meeting capsules and a mini kitchen. A library wall, a gallery wall and an Artist in Residence space are also planned, along with a rooftop terrace.

Views and location

The towers are designed for views of Jumeirah Islands and the Dubai Marina skyscrapers. DMCC metro station and Jumeirah Lakes Park are 2 minutes away. Mall of the Emirates is 13 minutes away, Palm Jumeirah 15, Burj Al Arab 17, the Museum of the Future 19, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa 20, DIFC 23, Dubai International Airport 25 and Al Maktoum Airport 27.

Payment plan

The plan is 40% on booking, 30% during construction in four parts, and 30% on handover.
