Al Hamra Greens

Al Hamra Greens is a new residential development under construction in Al Hamra Village, Ras Al Khaimah, built by Al Hamra. The project is scheduled for handover in Q1 2028. It will bring 356 apartments across four residential buildings, each nine floors tall, on Sheikh Mohamed Bin Salem Rd.

Apartments and Prices

The project includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. One bedroom units range from 68.75 m² to 83.33 m² and start from 1,453,000 AED. Two bedroom apartments range from 102.47 m² to 112.88 m² and start from 2,187,000 AED. Three bedroom units start from 154.41 m² and from 3,473,000 AED. The price per m² is 20,136 AED.

Ownership and Payment

All apartments are sold as freehold. The payment plan is divided into three stages: 24% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover. The service charge is 129.17 AED per m² a year.

Architecture and Landscaping

The four residential buildings will have simple lines and a calm colour palette. White and brown shades will combine with wood tones and green accents, and light surfaces will sit alongside warm ones, with plant colour continuing into the finishes. Local trees and palms will be used in the landscaping, with shaded paths running between them, and flowering corners will alternate with quiet spots for rest. Green common areas will be spread across the territory of the neighbourhood.

Amenities for Sport and Relaxation

A gym will be fitted for strength training and yoga, with daylight and a panoramic view of the greenery. A full size basketball court will be outdoors, and a tennis court will be surrounded by greenery. A continuous running and cycling route will pass through the gardens and trees. Pools will be designed in a resort style, their shape recalling natural lagoons. A terrace with a barbecue area will be arranged for shared dinners, and the roof will have places for picnics and rest among greenery.

Spaces for Children and Pets

A children's play area will be indoors, with soft tones, natural motifs and interactive elements for play and learning. A park for pets will give animals room to run and play, and owners a place to meet other owners. The neighbourhood is planned for residents of different generations, and common areas are intended for older residents as well.
