Vida Residences Saadiyat Island

Vida Residences Saadiyat Island is a six-storey residential building under construction on Al Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. ALAIN is the developer, and the project is planned for handover in Q2 2028. Apartments are available freehold, with prices starting from 2,850,000 AED.

Apartments and layouts

The building holds 180 units in total, with one, two and three bedroom apartments. One bedroom homes start at 77.58 m² and 2,850,000 AED, two bedrooms run from 117.39 m² to 119.29 m² and start at 3,480,000 AED, and three bedrooms span 170.14 m² to 187.56 m² from 4,490,000 AED. Every apartment will be handed over fully furnished, with contemporary design and finished interiors. Balconies and terraces accompany the apartments, and the two bedroom type 02 has a balcony of 505 sq ft. Interior floors are specified as Ancona Smoke porcelain tile, kitchen worktops as Ethereal Haze engineered stone, and wardrobes finished in Merino laminate, with materials subject to substitution for equivalents and final terms set by the Sale and Purchase Agreement and Offering Plan.

Amenities in the building

Residents of every apartment will share the same facilities. These include a main pool with a sunbathing terrace, indoor and outdoor gyms, a children's pool with fountain play areas and an outdoor playground. A club lounge, open play area, barbecue zone and multipurpose hall complete the list, alongside a pet park, pet care and grooming among the house services. The building will also contain retail space and a restaurant.

Services and security

The Vida name comes from a hotel and residences brand, and the building will operate with hotel-style service: residents receive hotel-grade service with the keys, while a housekeeping team handles daily life in the apartment. A management team will be on site, with maintenance and engineering handled by the facilities team, and parcel receiving and grocery delivery organised by the building. Cleaning, laundry and dry cleaning appear on the same service list. Security and concierge will be present around the clock, with a doorman and porter at the entrance.

Around the island

The NYU Abu Dhabi campus stands 279 metres from the house, and its Arts Center is 662 metres away. Saadiyat is home to several museums, among them the Zayed National Museum, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, Manarat Al Saadiyat and the Abrahamic Family House. Saadiyat Beach and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club sit on the island's shore, and Harrow schools are located there too. Yas Mall and Disneyland Abu Dhabi are each 20 minutes away, while the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is 30 minutes away.

Payment and ownership

Buyer funds are held in an escrow account at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. Two payment plans apply: 45 per cent during the purchase and 55 per cent on handover for one and two bedroom apartments, and 40 per cent with 60 per cent on handover for three bedrooms. The ADM fee and registration fees are paid separately. Apartments transfer to the buyer in full ownership.
