City Walk Crestlane 5

City Walk Crestlane 5 is a freehold residential project under construction in City Walk, in Dubai's Al Wasl district. Meraas is building it, with handover planned for Q2 2030.

Two mid-rise towers, A and B

The project consists of two 12-storey towers designed so that every home faces water and parks. Each tower has a two-storey lobby, a raised drop-off area and a hall with direct access to the park. The whole Crestlane quarter is planned so that each building addresses the water.

Homes from one to four bedrooms

Apartments range from one to three bedrooms; two-bedroom homes can include a separate maid's room, and there are residences and duplexes with four bedrooms. Four-bedroom duplexes have a double-height living room, a terrace opening directly onto the park and facing the water, and a private lift from the allocated parking space. Unit sizes include balconies.

Water, channels and green space

Channels and cascades run between the buildings, with lounges set in the water itself. Lawns, yoga lawns, running tracks through the greenery and cycle paths lie around them, and an open-air cinema operates in the quarter in the evening. Both towers have direct access to the water and the parks.

Pools and sport

The quarter holds several pools: infinity-edge pools, beach-style pools and separate children's pools. The training studio has a cardio zone facing the water plus a free-weights zone, and the yoga studio is enclosed by panoramic glass walls. Outdoors there are a padel court, a tennis court, running tracks, outdoor gym equipment and lawns for group sessions, along with a sports area.

Work, children and daily life

A Collaborative Suite is planned as a shared workspace with desks and a library. A games room holds board games, and a themed indoor children's play area is provided inside the building for the hot months. A children's playground sits on the lawn near the children's pools and water play zones, pets are allowed, and a multifunctional space opens directly onto the park.

Prices, payment and ownership

Apartments are sold freehold. One-bedroom units of 73.77 m² to 78.04 m² start from 2,765,000 AED; four-bedroom units start from 432.19 m² and 18,077,000 AED. Prices per m² start at 35,892 AED, the service charge is 215.28 AED per m² a year, and 330 units are planned across 12 floors. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover, with buyer funds going to the project's escrow account.
