City Walk Crestlane 4

City Walk Crestlane 4 is a freehold residential project by Meraas in Al Wasl, Dubai. Two 12-storey buildings, A and B, will hold 335 apartments. Handover is planned for Q2 2030, with prices from 2,652,000 AED.

Two Buildings in the Heart of City Walk Crestlane 4 and its neighbour Crestlane 5 form a new chapter for City Walk. In Crestlane 4 there are two mid-rise buildings, A and B, 12 floors each. The developer is Meraas, also behind Bluewaters Residences and BVLGARI Residences. The quarter sits between Al Wasl Road, Al Multaqa Street and 13th Street. By design, every building in the quarter will face the water.

Getting Around City Walk Mall will be 2 minutes away and Dubai Mall 7 minutes. Sheikh Zayed Road will be 3 minutes away, DIFC 11 and Dubai Airport DXB 15. The Jumeirah beach will also be a few minutes by car.

Apartments and Duplexes The unit mix runs from 1 bedroom apartments of 73.21 m² to 75.62 m² from 2,652,000 AED to 4 bedroom homes of 584.55 m² to 634.34 m² from 17,574,000 AED. Four bedroom duplexes will have a double-height living room, a private terrace opening onto the park and a separate lift from the parking. Homes will look over the park, the water or the city skyline. Balcony or terrace is included in the stated areas.

Water and Green Space Water will run through the quarter, from mirror pools to cascades, with lounges set into the water and greenery around them. Running tracks will wind through the gardens, with separate cycling paths beside them. Lawns for yoga and open-air cinema are planned. Pools will include infinity, beach-style and children's pools. Tennis and padel courts, outdoor gym equipment and a children's play area will sit in the courtyard, alongside a themed indoor children's playroom. Pets are allowed.

Inside the Buildings Cars will arrive via a raised platform, and the lobby will rise two storeys, framed by a garden and water features. The gym will have a cardio zone facing the water and a weights zone. A yoga studio will be separated from the courtyard by panoramic glass, and a residents' lounge will face the pool. A co-working space with a library and a games room are also planned.

Prices and Payment The service charge is 215.28 AED per m² a year. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover.
