Golf Views Seven City

Golf Views Seven City is a residential tower that Seven Tides is building at the edge of Jumeirah Lakes Towers in Dubai. The building is under construction, with handover planned for Q3 2027, and 28% of the work is complete. Of its 2533 units, studios and 3-bedroom apartments are offered for sale on a freehold basis, with prices starting at 613,000 AED.

The Building and Its Blocks

The project is planned as a 28-floor tower that combines homes with hotel service. It is divided into blocks, and by design each block will have its own lobby, its own lifts and a separate route to the building's amenities. The towers will rise above a light podium with a carved pattern on the facade, and each tower top will be crowned by lattice canopies over the gardens and pools. Palms and flowering trees are planned at the base, with a landscaped garden and green stairways to the entrances.

Apartments and Balconies

Studios range from 35.86 m² to 36 m² and start at 613,000 AED. The 3-bedroom apartments start from 140 m² and from 2,950,000 AED. Every apartment will be handed over furnished, with an equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows are planned in the studios and 3-bedroom units, and in the 3-bedroom apartments these windows will open onto large balconies.

Pools, Gardens and Sport

Residents will have four pools, a roof lounge and twelve gardens spread across different levels of the building, with a landscaped garden at ground level. For training there will be a gym, a yoga and pilates studio, crossfit and sports areas and running tracks. For recovery, a sauna, a steam room and separate spas for women and men are planned. Children get several play areas, and the amenity list also includes a sauna, a pool, a gym, a children's play area, a yoga studio and a sports court.

Mall, Dining and Hotel Service

A shopping centre will sit inside the complex, along with shops, restaurants and food outlets near the apartments. Five-star hotel services will operate in the building, and part of it is given over to a hotel with its own separate entrance. The entrance lobby is designed in the manner of a good hotel, with a stone desk, relief walls, lighting and carved partitions, and behind it a lounge area with soft furniture and lift lobbies in light stone with golden portals.

Location and Views

The tower stands at the very edge of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, next to Sheikh Zayed Road. Emirates Golf Course is 5 minutes away, Dubai Media City 10 minutes, and the beaches and promenade of JBR 15 minutes. From the windows, the blue lights and towers of Dubai Marina lie on one side and the greenery of Emirates Golf Course on the other. The metro and pedestrian paths are nearby.

Prices and Payment

Prices start at 613,000 AED, and price per m² is 17,028 AED. The payment plan is 100% on booking. Service charge is 182.99 AED per m² a year, and construction progress stands at 28%.
