Viewz

Viewz is an under construction freehold project by Danube in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai. The development will have two twin towers, Viewz 1 and Viewz 2, with handover planned for Q2 2027. Construction is 66% complete.

Apartments and sizes

The towers will hold 1126 units across 39 floors. Studios range from 39 m² to 39.02 m² and start at 950,000 AED. One bedroom apartments run from 68.1 m² to 74.9 m² and start at 1,600,000 AED. Five bedroom units range from 534.55 m² to 535.24 m² and start at 15,025,000 AED. The price per m² is 25,897 AED, and the service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.

Interiors and furnishing

Apartments will be sold furnished, with furniture by Formitalia. Interiors are by Aston Martin, and these will be the first towers in Dubai with Aston Martin interiors. Living rooms will be furnished to order, kitchens will be sleek and modern, and bathrooms will have premium sanitaryware. Entry will be through a formal lobby.

Layouts and private pools

Typical floor plans will run from the 2nd to the 21st floor and from the 24th to the 35th, with a separate layout on the 23rd floor where three bedroom apartments appear. A private pool will start from the one bedroom Presidential Suite, and all two and three bedroom apartments will have one beside the balcony. Sky Villas will each have a private pool and a view of the Dubai skyline. Bedrooms will be spacious with panoramic city views.

Amenities

Amenities will be split between the two towers. Viewz 1 will be centred on movement, with an aqua gym, an indoor gym, outdoor exercise equipment, mini golf, a cycling track, an outdoor yoga area, snooker, table tennis and a chess board, plus an outdoor jacuzzi, a library and a kids play area. Viewz 2 will focus on leisure and children, with a floating open air cinema, a barbecue area, a multipurpose hall, a running track, a half basketball court, a tennis court, a kindergarten with a nanny, a splash pad, a spa, a beauty salon, a Japanese garden, a tropical shower area and a cigar room. Both towers will share a rooftop lounge and an infinity pool, and the wider list includes a cricket pitch, padel tennis and a football arena. A business centre with a secretary and a private office will also be part of the building.

Payment plan and ownership

The payment plan is 10% on booking, 20% during construction and 70% on handover. Buyers can also pay in full upfront. Ownership is freehold, and buyer funds go to an escrow account held at First Abu Dhabi Bank.
