Hotel London

Hotel London is a new-build project by The Heart of Europe on the World Islands in Dubai. It is under construction, with handover planned for Q4 2026, and 45% of the work is complete. The building will hold 96 commercial units across 4 floors, with prices starting from 1,816,170 AED, and ownership is freehold.

Apartments and suites

Units range from 56.24 m² to 128.35 m². Guest rooms and suites in the hotel are planned at 46.4 to 106.2 m². King/Twin Deluxe rooms will measure 46.4 to 49.7 m², or 499.4 to 534.9 square feet. Building 1 will contain 88 guest rooms and 8 King Suites.

Payment plan

Payment is split into three stages. 40% is due on booking, 40% during construction, and 20% on handover.

Rooftop pool and beach

An infinity pool will sit on the roof of the hotel, with a panorama of Dubai. Sunbathing will be possible by the pool, and cocktails will be available there. The pool area is planned for use both during the day and in the evening. Beach holidays are part of the Hotel London programme, so sea and hotel amenities can be combined.

Restaurants, pub and events

The hotel will have two restaurants. Classic British dishes will be served throughout the day, and a restaurant with traditional cuisine is planned for special dinners. English high tea with pastries can be chosen at any time, without a fixed hour. A pub will serve drinks and snacks, with fish and chips and hearty pies on the menu alongside ale or a signature cocktail. The Queen's Ball will host weddings, gala dinners and corporate receptions, with high ceilings and a view of the Dubai skyline. Designer shops and boutiques will offer made-to-order clothing and accessories.

Island setting and gardens

The World Islands archipelago consists of 300 islands forming a map of the world. The Heart of Europe is a resort of six themed islands in the shape of a heart, including St. Petersburg, Sweden and Switzerland, and Hotel London continues the European theme through British traditions. Arrival is by VIP yacht or ferry. The gardens will contain relict trees older than 1500 years, brought from Andalusia in southern Spain. The islands are designed on feng shui principles, with smooth lines, water features and carefully placed plants. The island's energy will come entirely from renewable sources, and a coral nursery will support the marine environment around the reefs.
