Ramada Residences by Wyndham is an under-construction residential project in Al Jadaf, Dubai, developed by Grovy Real Estate Development. The building will be ready for handover in Q3 2027. Apartments are sold as freehold.

The building and its units

The project will have 112 units across 11 floors. One-bedroom apartments will range from 89.59 m² to 91.27 m² and start at 2,560,000 AED. Two-bedroom apartments will span 99.66 m² to 143.45 m², from 2,670,000 AED, and three-bedroom apartments will run from 169.64 m² to 182.49 m², from 4,795,000 AED. The price per m² is 26,534 AED, and the service charge is set at 236.81 AED per m² a year.

Amenities for residents

The building will include a gym, an infinity pool, a spa, a pool and a barbecue area. These spaces are planned for the people who live in the house.

Payment and ownership

The payment plan puts 20% on booking, 20% during construction and 60% on handover. A buyer's money will be held in an escrow account at Zand Bank, and the apartment will pass into full ownership. A long-term golden visa is available through the purchase of an apartment.

Hotel service by Wyndham

The residence will be run to the standards of the Wyndham hotel group. Residents will have access to a year of Wyndham Rewards membership free of charge, with preferential rates across thousands of hotels in roughly 100 countries, and short-term rental will be permitted.
