Riviera 60

Riviera 60 is an eight-floor residential building under construction in Meydan, Dubai, developed by Azizi. The project will contain 87 units and is scheduled for handover in Q1 2027, with construction reported at 97% complete. Homes are offered on a freehold basis.

Homes and Prices

Riviera 60 will include one and two bedroom apartments alongside commercial units. One bedroom apartments range from 70.89 m² to 84.08 m² and start at 1,889,000 AED. Two bedroom apartments range from 126.53 m² to 129.51 m² and start at 3,238,000 AED. Commercial units range from 81.2 m² to 149.63 m² and start at 5,890,000 AED. The price per m² is 23,430 AED, and the service charge is 279.86 AED per m² a year.

Payment Plan

The payment plan requires 20% on booking, with the remaining 80% due on handover.

Waterfront and Leisure

A crystal lagoon will sit in front of the building, with private beaches for residents. The project will include a marina, and a Boardwalk will run along the canal. Swimming pools will be provided for adults and children. A pedestrian boulevard designed in a Mediterranean style will have boutiques, shops and restaurants opening onto the walkway.

Sport and Outdoor Space

Residents will have access to a fully equipped gym, a tennis court and a basketball court. Running and cycling tracks will support individual training. The grounds will include landscaped gardens and parks, dedicated barbecue areas, a children's playground and a walking trail. These sports areas are intended for residents only.

Building Services and Apartments

Parking is part of the project infrastructure, with valet parking and an automatic car wash also planned. Security will operate around the clock. Apartments will feature Italian marble flooring and wooden joinery. Furniture, light fixtures and equipment shown on floor plans are for illustration only and are not included in the purchase price. The developer may substitute materials with equivalent ones, and only the contract is binding.

Access and Surroundings

Routes to the building run via Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba Road and Dubai-Al Ain Road. Sheikh Zayed Road is ten minutes away by car. A trip to the Museum of the Future takes twelve minutes, the same as Festival City and IKEA. Palm Jumeirah is twenty two minutes away. The Meydan Hotel, Grand Stand and Nad Al Sheba Horse Racing form the sporting setting of the district. Al Quoz Pond Park, with a pond, running track and picnic spots, and Al Quoz 2 Park are also in the surroundings. Wafi Mall, Mercato Shopping Mall, City Walk, The Galleria Mall, Al Seef Souk, Dubai Frame and Infinity Bridge are among the city landmarks named in the area.
