Wynwood Horizon

Wynwood Horizon is a new residential tower under construction in Meydan, Dubai, built by Imtiaz. Handover is planned for Q2 2028, and construction is 10% complete. The building is freehold.

The building and its layout

Wynwood Horizon is a single tower with a podium, following the G+4P+18+R scheme: 19 floors in total and 165 units. Seven commercial units with a gallery will sit at the base of the tower, with apartments above. The building's architecture follows the line of the lagoon shore, and the lobby will be finished in stone and open to the sky.

Homes and sizes

The tower will hold 104 one-bedroom apartments from 70.18 m², 49 two-bedroom apartments from 122.22 m², four three-bedroom apartments from 1851 sq ft and two three-bedroom penthouses from 4106 sq ft. Commercial units start at 207.79 m². Every apartment will be handed over fully finished, with appliances, a kitchen, a smart home system and designer fittings. The developer will provide the exact area, floor and view of a specific unit together with its floor plan.

Prices and payment

One-bedroom apartments start at 1,923,210 AED, two-bedroom apartments at 3,318,577 AED and commercial units at 8,144,476 AED. The price per m² is 12,799 AED. The payment plan is 45% on booking, 15% during construction and 40% on handover. Service charge is 182.99 AED per m² a year.

Water and greenery around the tower

Four crystal lagoons with soft sand will surround the building, and swimming will be possible in them. Along the water, 2 km of boardwalks with sun loungers and cabanas are planned. A nature reserve next to the building will contain almost 450 species of plants and animals, with mangroves covering 47 hectares. City promenades 4 km long, parks, public squares and shaded alleys are planned around the home, and a metro station will be built near the lagoons.

Amenities

A 24-metre adult pool, a children's pool with a shallow area, sunken seating zones and an outdoor shower are planned for the amenities floor. The multi-level podium will bring together the pools, children's play areas and seating. Residents will have a gym, a club house, a barbecue area, a children's zone, an outdoor cinema, EV charging, a rooftop terrace, a walking path and a landscaped garden.
