Saddlewood Park is a new residential building under construction in Meydan, Dubai, developed by MAK Developers. Handover is planned for Q3 2027, and construction is 21% complete. The building is freehold and will contain 62 units across 4 floors.

The Building and Its Residences

Saddlewood Park will have a ground floor, four residential floors above it and a roof with a swimming pool. The whole building holds 61 residences. Apartments will run from one to four bedrooms, and penthouses will have terraces. The door lock will recognise the resident, and systems will adjust to their presence and preferences. Circadian lighting, mood lighting and a scheduled fragrance diffuser will follow the rhythm of the day, and a display will show real-time weather. Floor plans exist for each residential floor, from the first to the fourth.

Unit Sizes and Prices

One bedroom units start at 66.54 m² and are priced from 1,725,000 AED. Two bedroom units range from 100.13 m² to 147.15 m² and start at 2,500,000 AED. Three bedroom units start at 237.7 m² and are priced from 4,300,000 AED. The price per m² is 18,090 AED, and the service charge is 182.99 AED per m² a year.

Windows will look out on the golf course and the lake, and the Burj Khalifa will be visible. The Meydan Racecourse, home of the Dubai World Cup, is two minutes away.
