Future Residence

Future Residence is an under-construction residential tower in Meydan, Dubai, built by True Future Real Estate Development. The building is planned for handover in Q4 2027 and will contain 152 units across 18 floors. Homes are sold as freehold.

The building and its homes

The tower will hold 150 apartments over 17 residential floors, rising above a first floor and two parking levels. One-bedroom apartments make up 117 of the homes and two-bedroom apartments 33. On a typical floor there are nine different apartments, and layouts on even floors differ slightly from those on odd floors. Apartment sizes with terraces range from 53.75 m² to 175.33 m². Every apartment will have its own parking space.

Layouts

One-bedroom apartments are arranged with the kitchen, dining area and living room as one space, a master bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate guest bathroom. Some types include a storage room, and type 05 on even floors has a separate laundry room. On the first residential floor, one-bedroom apartments will open onto large terraces with access to a pool; the terrace in type 04 measures 54.23 m².

Two-bedroom layouts vary. Type 09 on odd floors includes a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, a second bedroom, a guest bathroom and a study, with 90.81 m² inside and an 18.88 m² terrace. The largest home in the building, on the first residential floor, has two bedrooms, a helper's room with its own bathroom and a 74.97 m² terrace with pool access, 175.33 m² in total. Apartments on the 17th floor will have their own pool on the terrace.

Interiors and finishes

Apartments will come fully furnished and finished, with a smart home system built in. Finishes use natural textures and warm tones. The kitchen opens into the living room and dining area, and the master bedroom has its own bathroom. High-class finishing is planned throughout.

Amenities

The building is planned with nine pools, both indoor and outdoor, and two gyms, one indoors and one outdoors. There will be a yoga area, changing rooms and outdoor exercise equipment. Residents will have a restaurant, a play zone, a bar by the outdoor pool, an outdoor fireplace and an open-air cinema. A garden and barbecue area are also planned, along with children's play areas, a playroom and a mini-golf course.

Location and the wider district

The tower stands in Meydan Horizon, a new district in Meydan. The district is planned for 72,000 residents and will include both housing and commercial property; apartments and plots are sold there. A 2 km canal will run through the district, with a large central park beside it. The heart of the district will be four lagoons with clear water, surrounded by a 4 km promenade with beaches, running and walking paths, rest areas with bars and restaurants, and water sports stations. Next to the tower is Green Serenity park, with palms, flowering gardens, winding paths, open lawns and shaded benches. The Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is six minutes' drive from the tower, Downtown Dubai is 12 minutes by car, the Museum of the Future 15 minutes, Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach 22 minutes, and Palm Jumeirah 28 minutes. A new metro line is planned to pass two minutes' drive from the tower and is still being designed.

Prices and payment

Prices start at 1,673,851 AED, at 19,648 AED per m². One-bedroom apartments start at 1,873,851 AED and range from 83.83 m² to 116.01 m². Two-bedroom apartments start at 2,357,360 AED and range from 107.86 m² to 114.34 m². Commercial units start at 436.88 m² and 15,518,382 AED. Service charges are 172.22 AED per m² a year. The payment plan is 15% on booking, 35% during construction and 50% on handover, so half the price is paid before handover and half on receiving the keys. The Dubai Land Department fee and an administration fee are added to the price. Buyer funds go to an escrow account held in The National Bank of Fujairah.
