Terra Woods

Terra Woods is a new-build residential project by Emaar Properties in Madinat Al Mataar, Dubai, part of the Expo Living community. The project is under construction and handover is scheduled for Q1 2030. It will contain 824 homes across 12-storey residential buildings, a separate row of 6 townhouses and a podium, all on freehold ownership.

Homes and Prices

Terra Woods will offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and townhouses. Apartments start from 1,654,888 AED, with a price per m² of 20,265 AED. One bedroom units start at 71.07 m² and 1,704,888 AED, two bedroom units at 103.96 m² and 2,473,888 AED, and three bedroom units from 239.69 m² to 251.02 m² at 5,026,888 AED. The payment plan is split into 10% on booking, 70% during construction and 20% on handover, with a service charge of 182.99 AED per m² a year.

Architecture and Courtyards

The design will be modern, simple and laconic, with buildings forming secluded inner courtyards. Green spaces between the buildings will be laid out for walks and quiet rest. A meditation garden and a yoga lawn are planned for outdoor relaxation, alongside a courtyard with a barbecue area.

Amenities

Residents will have access to an adult pool and a children's pool, a gym, a yoga studio and an outdoor gym. For sport there will be a padel court, multipurpose sports areas and a running track. Pets are permitted in the project.

Apartment Layouts

In the first building, one bedroom layouts include types 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B, with a walk-in wardrobe in these variants. Two bedroom apartments will have two bathrooms, a separate storage room and a laundry, and some first floor units will have a terrace of 4.30 by 4.20 m. Three bedroom apartments will feature a balcony of 1.70 by 9.00 m.

Townhouses

The 6 townhouses are arranged in a separate row beside the apartment buildings. Type 1 townhouses, numbered TH01, TH03, TH04 and TH06, will have a total area of 239.81 m², with a terrace of 8.40 by 4.40 m and a balcony of 4.70 by 2.30 m. Type 1.1 townhouses, TH02 and TH05, will reach a total area of 250.99 m², with a terrace of 8.40 by 6.00 m.
