Bluebell Residence

Bluebell Residence is a 20-floor residential tower under construction in Ajman, built by the Ajman developer GJ Properties. The building is planned for handover in Q4 2026. Homes are for sale freehold, directly from the developer.

Apartments and layouts

The tower will hold 480 apartments. The current release covers one-bedroom homes from 108.23 m² to 114.74 m², priced from 613,295 AED, which is 5652 AED per m². By design, series 01 has a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom and a balcony. Series 06 and 08 add a bathroom and a guest toilet. Series 12 includes an en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet. The developer may substitute materials with equivalent ones, and only the contract has force.

Payment plan

The price is split into four stages: 5% on booking, 36% during construction, 10% on handover and 49% after handover. Payments start at booking, run through the build and continue monthly once the keys are in your hands. The service charge is set at 64.58 AED per m² a year.

Amenities

Residents will be met by a reception in the lobby and a separate lift lobby. The building will include a health club with modern equipment and a spa. A restaurant and a library are also planned.

Getting around

The tower will have a direct exit onto Emirates Road, and Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road is also reachable from the address. By car, Al Hamidiya Park is 3 minutes away, Al Zorah Natural Reserve 15 minutes and Ajman Beach 15 minutes. Al Amina Hospital is a 20-minute drive. Sharjah International Airport and Dubai International Airport serve trips by air.

Around the address

The tower will stand in the city centre, near Ajman Corniche. The planned Al Watan University campus is set to rise beside Al Hamidiya Park, next to the building. City University College of Ajman, a private institution with programmes in business, law and information technology, is part of the city surroundings. For shopping, Ajman China Mall carries Chinese goods. Saudi German Hospital Ajman provides private medical care. The city's landmarks include Ajman Museum in an 18th-century fort, the Al Bustan Souk, the Al Murabaa Watchtower and the Sheikh Zayed Ajman Mosque.
