Lily Tower

Lily Tower is a 34-floor residential tower under construction in Tiger Downtown in Ajman. Tiger Properties, part of Tiger Group, is building it, with handover planned for Q4 2029. The building will hold 691 apartments sold as freehold homes, with prices starting from 598,721 AED.

The tower and its apartments

Apartments will range from studios to three-bedroom homes. By design the facade is glassy and slender, with crisp white lines and warm wooden inserts, and a geometric stylobate will support the base. The 34 three-bedroom apartments are a fixed part of the mix. Panoramic views of the lagoon and the city skyline will open from the apartments.

Amenities inside the building

The tower will have its own adult pool and children's pool, plus a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. A gym and yoga areas will serve training, and a club house and multipurpose hall will be available for meetings and celebrations. Children get a play zone, and the building will include three shops and two showrooms. Parking will occupy ten levels: two underground, the ground floor and seven more.

Tiger Downtown, the district around the lagoon

Lily Tower will stand in Tiger Downtown, a district in Ajman arranged around its own lagoon, where homes, shops, leisure and greenery share one address. The lagoon will run 375 meters, with restaurants along its shore. A marina for boats, kayaks, a bridge with a waterfall and dancing fountains will sit within the district. The central promenade, an interactive square, a raised walkway and the Azure Seating area will form the heart of the quarter, along with sculptures, water installations and sunshades. Residential space in the district totals 3 387 115 m², and shops take 77 088 m².

Running, sport and greenery

Two running tracks will loop the district: an inner circle of 900 meters and an outer one of 2 190 meters. Sports courts, outdoor fitness stations and a fitness center will be provided, along with a skate and roller area, bike rental and bicycle parking. The district will have lush parks, a linear park and open lawns, plus a barbecue zone and a relaxation area. The wider quarter lists more than 25 places for leisure and sport, among them an amphitheater and an open theater.

Everyday needs within the quarter

Nurseries and four zones of children's playgrounds will serve families in the district. A medical center, library and community center will be there for adults, and the quarter will have its own mosque, post offices and a police station. Within reach are Sharjah Golf at 12 minutes, Ajman beach at 15, Al Zorah reserve at 13 and Sharjah airport at 13. Dubai airport is 30 minutes away and Downtown Dubai 40.
