Aura Elite is a residential building under construction in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai. Aura Infinite Real Estate Development is the developer, and handover is planned for Q1 2027. Construction progress stands at 44%.

The building and its units

Aura Elite is planned as a single 11 floor building with modern architecture and functional living spaces. The project holds 103 units: studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments, all with open plan layouts and large windows designed to bring in maximum daylight. Ownership and payment

All property in Aura Elite is freehold. Under the 60/40 payment plan, 40% is paid on booking, 20% in two parts during construction, and the remaining 40% on handover. A DLD fee of 4% is paid in addition to the apartment price.

Amenities for residents

A swimming pool with an endless view is planned for the roof of the building. The project also includes a fitness centre, a landscaped garden, security, and separate areas for rest and relaxation. Apartments will come with smart home systems.
