Bay Grove Residences

Bay Grove Residences is a freehold residential project under construction in Dubai Islands, Dubai. Nakheel is the developer, and handover is scheduled for Q1 2028. Construction is 12% complete.

The Buildings and the Site

Bay Grove Residences is registered in the DLD, and buyer payments go to an escrow account held at First Abu Dhabi Bank. Four residential buildings will stand around a garden and a pool, linked by a green podium and an infinity edge pool raised above the seashore. The buildings differ in height: the lowest will rise seven floors and the tallest twenty. The whole project will contain 301 units across a total of 20 floors, and the homes will overlook the podium garden and the pool.

Apartments and Layouts

Apartments will have one, two or three bedrooms, and duplexes and penthouses will have four. The windows will run from floor to ceiling, and each apartment will have a private terrace looking over the city skyline or the garden greenery. The main bedroom will have its own bathroom and a space for a wardrobe. One bedroom units start at 80.64 m². Prices start at 2,117,000 AED, at 26,252 AED per m², with one bedroom apartments from 2,300,000 AED.

Finishes

The interior scheme for the apartments is called Coastal Sanctum, with soft calm tones and warm inserts patterned after wood. Kitchen worktops will be engineered stone, and the cabinets will have lacquered fronts. Storage will include space for a pantry.

Podium Garden and Pools

The podium level garden will be laid out with quiet paths, benches in the shade and planting. The main infinity edge pool will look over the sea, with sun loungers and shaded seating around it. A separate children's pool will be kept apart from the adult pool. Outdoors there will also be a barbecue area, a training area and a children's club.

Amenities and Services

A clubhouse with a residents' lounge, furniture, finishes and a separate dining room will stand a few steps from the apartments. Coworking areas will be set aside in the neighbourhood. The covered children's play area will include a kitchenette, a children's toilet with small fixtures and a changing table, and an outdoor play area will sit outside it. The fitness centre will be divided into zones for cardio, strength and yoga. A children's playground, a pool, a landscaped garden, a walking path and a gym are part of the plans. There will be four lobbies in the neighbourhood, guest parking and separate bicycle parking. Security and a management office will operate around the clock on site, and a pet wash will be provided.

Payment Plan

Booking requires 20% of the price, 50% is paid during construction and 30% on handover.
