About the project
Club Place is a new residential project that Emaar Properties is building in Dubai Hills Estate in Dubai. The project is under construction, with completion planned for Q4 2028. Apartments will be sold as freehold.
Three buildings and the golf course outlook
The project consists of three buildings. The tallest rises to 20 floors. By design, the apartments will look out over the fairways of Dubai Hills Golf Course and the villas around it, with greenery visible from every window. Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline will stand beyond the course. A total of 473 apartments are planned.
Apartments from 2 to 3 bedrooms
The project will have 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The 2 bedroom units range from 108.51 m² to 136.2 m² and start from 2,852,888 AED. The 3 bedroom units range from 153.66 m² to 162.86 m² and start from 3,950,888 AED. The price per m² is 22,194 AED. Interiors are designed around natural materials, and the buildings are planned to be energy efficient, with the surrounding grounds planted with greenery. Balconies will extend each apartment outward.
Pool, club house and fitness facilities
An outdoor pool will sit at the centre of the territory, with a spacious terrace alongside it. Yoga areas are planned outdoors, and there will be a club house, a barbecue zone and gyms, both covered and open. The service charge is 215.28 AED per m² a year.
Payment plan and handover
The payment plan is 10% on booking, 70% during construction and 20% on handover. Construction progress stands at 69%. The buildings are scheduled for handover in Q4 2028, and buyers will be able to live in or rent out their apartments only after the keys are received. Payments go to an escrow account held at Emirates NBD.
