Palace Residences Hillside B is an 18-floor residential building under construction in Dubai Hills, Dubai, developed by Emaar Properties. The building will hold 287 units and is scheduled for handover in Q4 2029. Prices start at 1,960,000 AED, with a price per m² of 27,469 AED.
