Elo 2

Elo 2 is a new residential tower under construction in Damac Hills 2, Dubai, built by Damac. The building is planned for handover in Q2 2027. At the time of writing, 6% of construction is complete.

Apartments and layouts

The tower will hold 589 apartments across 14 floors, and every home will have either one or two bedrooms. Two bedroom units range from 90.25 m² to 96.34 m² and start at 1,327,000 AED. The price per square metre is 14,704 AED. One bedroom layouts will also be part of the mix, with several plan types spread from the first to the fourteenth floor; the largest two bedroom types will be available from the second floor up, so a bigger home can be taken on a high level.

Architecture and outlook

The tower will curve in a smooth arc, and private balconies will step down its side in a cascade. One side of the building will face the park and the other will face the pool, and the floor plan for each unit type will show which side the apartment looks onto. The facade is planned as a sculptural gesture for the district, with the balconies turned toward the greenery below.

Amenities inside the building

A pool with a swim-up bar will sit in the building, with a barbecue area beside it. Residents will have a gym and a separate climbing wall on site. A children's play area will be part of the building, and outdoor cinema screenings are planned in the courtyard. Pets are allowed in Elo 2.

Ownership and payment plan

Apartments will be sold as freehold. Buyer funds go to an escrow account held by Emirates NBD. The payment plan is 15% on booking, 45% during construction and 40% on handover. Service charges are set at 150.69 AED per m² a year.

The wider district

Elo 2 will stand in Al Yufrah 2 within Damac Hills 2, a district organised as three towns: Water Town, Down Town and Sports Town. Water Town will hold Malibu Beach, a wave pool, water slides and a lazy river, and surfing lessons are available there. Down Town will include a zen garden, a hedge maze, a lake, a contact farm and an outdoor cinema, plus a separate park for dogs. Sports Town will be given over to running, tennis, padel, cricket, volleyball, basketball and football, and the district will also have a paintball park. The district connects to four major highways, with Al Qudra Road leading to its gates, and Al Maktoum International Airport is 30 minutes away.
