Elo 3

Elo 3 is a 14-storey residential tower under construction in Damac Hills 2, Dubai, built by Damac. The building will hold 557 apartments, and handover is scheduled for Q2 2027. Construction is currently 6% complete.

Apartments and layouts

The tower will contain only one and two bedroom apartments, with no studios and no units of three bedrooms or more. Two bedroom homes range from 91.28 m² to 109.9 m² and start at 1,353,000 AED, which equals 12,334 AED per m². Ownership is freehold.

The building by design

Elo 3 will stand as a single curved tower, its balconies stepping down the facade in tiers. Each balcony is separated from its neighbours, giving every apartment its own private corner of open air. The building is planned to rise above the parks of Damac Hills 2, and the balconies will look down onto them.

Amenities in the building

Residents will have a swimming pool, a gym, a climbing wall made specifically for Elo 3, and a sports court. A children's play area is planned, along with a cinema, an events hall, a barbecue zone and a restaurant. The pool will have a bar at its edge.

The community around it

Damac Hills 2 is divided into three parts: Water Town, Sports Town and Downtown. Water Town will have a waterpark with Malibu Beach, a wave pool, a children's fountain area, slides, a lazy river and an artificial surf wave. Downtown will have a zen garden, a Green Zone, a hedge maze, an fishing lake, a contact farm and a dog park. Sports Town is planned for running, tennis and padel.

Payment plan and handover

The payment plan is 60/40: 15% on booking, 45% during construction and 40% on handover. The escrow account is held at Emirates NBD. The project number at the Dubai Land Department is 3122.
