Elo

Elo is a 14-floor residential tower under construction in Damac Hills 2, Dubai, built by Damac. The building is planned for handover in Q4 2026, and construction has reached 22%. The project holds 556 units in full freehold ownership.

Apartments and layouts

The tower will contain one and two bedroom apartments. One bedroom units range from 525 to 646 sq ft, and two bedroom units from 775 to 1078 sq ft. Several layouts sit within each format: type B2 with one bedroom appears only on the first floor, type A2 only on floors 10, 11 and 14, while A3 at 553 sq ft and B1 at 617 sq ft will be available on every floor from the first to the fourteenth. Type A1 with one bedroom at 525 sq ft is planned for each floor from the second to the fourteenth, and the two bedroom A1 at 832 sq ft will appear on all floors from the first to the last. The two bedroom B2 measures 948 to 1078 sq ft and B3 measures 963 to 1078 sq ft. There will be no apartments with three bedrooms or more. Prices for the two bedroom units start at 1,397,000 AED.

Architecture and views

Elo will be a single tower with a facade that curves in a smooth arc, rising above the parks of Damac Hills 2. A row of private balconies will step down the side of the building. The open end of the floor plate is designated as the park view, and the courtyard side faces the swimming pool.

Pool, sport and leisure

A swimming pool with a bar in the water will sit in the courtyard, and evenings will continue with barbecue by the fire. Residents will have a gym and a separate climbing wall, and films will be shown at an open air cinema in the evenings. A children's playground is planned in the building, and pets are permitted.

Payment and ownership

The purchase follows a 15% on booking, 45% during construction and 40% on handover plan. Buyer funds go to an escrow account held at Emirates NBD. The service charge is 150.69 AED per m² a year.

The community around the tower

Damac Hills 2 is organised into three towns. Water Town holds Malibu Beach and a wave pool, a lazy river, splash fountains and water slides. Down Town has a zen garden for yoga, the Green Zone allotments, a hedge maze and children's play areas, plus fishing on the lake, a farm and a separate dog park. Sports Town provides running routes, tennis and padel courts, fields and pitches for cricket, volleyball, basketball and football, and a paintball park. The community connects to four main Dubai highways; Al Qudra Road brings the gates within 25 minutes, IMG Worlds of Adventure is 25 minutes away and Damac Hills is 15 minutes away.
