Fashionz

Fashionz is a residential tower by Danube under construction in Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai. The building is planned with 56 floors above a five-floor podium, 803 units in total, and handover is scheduled for Q3 2027. Construction is 40% complete.

Apartments and prices

Apartments at Fashionz start from 1,535,000 AED, at 19,917 AED per m². One bedroom units range from 76.77 m² to 81.08 m² and start from 1,535,000 AED. Two bedroom units start from 109.39 m² and from 1,943,000 AED. Ownership is freehold.

Payment plan and handover

The payment plan is 10% on booking, 20% during construction, and 70% on handover. Keys are planned for Q3 2027, when the larger share of the price falls due. The project is registered in the Dubai land department under number 2640, and the escrow account is held at First Abu Dhabi Bank. Service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.

FashionTV facilities in the tower

Fashionz is planned as the first FashionTV residences in Dubai. The tower will hold a salon, spa, gym and café under the FTV brand, and a restaurant with a pool will occupy the roof. An infinity pool on the roof is planned, alongside a padel court, a cigar lounge and a Roof Top Lounge.

Amenities in the building

Amenities include a children's play area, pool, gym, spa, restaurant, sports court, barbecue area and cinema room. A Japanese garden and a meditation zone will be part of the building, as will a business centre and a Doctor on Call service. A kids' pool and Splash Pad are planned for children, and an under-cover barbecue area and open-air cinema are also in the plans.

Location and the district

JVT lies between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Dubai Mall is 20 minutes away, the DMCC metro station 10 minutes, DXB airport 25 minutes, Burj Al Arab 20 minutes and Jumeirah Beach 19 minutes. Within JVT are District Park, JVT Community Park, JVT Pond and JVT Dog Park, along with tennis courts and a basketball court. Nearby are Sunmarke School, NMC Specialty Hospital, Circle Mall and Dubai Sports City.
