Interstellar Tower

Interstellar Tower is a 24-floor building under construction in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai. Mr. Eight is the developer, with architecture by Model Engineering, and handover is scheduled for Q3 2028. The project will have 286 units, and ownership is freehold.

Apartments and Layouts

The residential part will include one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as Garden Homes residences. One bedroom apartments will range from 62.01 m² to 90.65 m², with prices from 1,032,000 AED. Two bedroom apartments will start at 126.61 m² and 2,000,000 AED. Each apartment will have a private jacuzzi with a panoramic view of Dubai Marina and Bluewaters. The building will have 34 one bedroom residences with 1 parking space, 123 two bedroom residences with 1 parking space, 17 three bedroom residences with 2 parking spaces, and 30 Garden Homes with 1 parking space. Built-in wardrobes by Colombini Casa will feature glass doors and LED lighting.

Lobby and Design

The two-storey lobby will be designed by Mr. Eight Atelier with British designer Tom Dixon. A sculptural tree will stand at its centre, and the wall will carry a panel of two galloping horses by UAE artists and a LaBrick glass installation by Czech brand LASVIT. The central lounge will have a gas fireplace in a Calacatta marble wall and a 200-inch screen. Seating will include Soriana sofas by Cassina, Camaleonda modular sofas by Mario Bellini and Up armchairs from the B&B Italia collection, plus FAT armchairs. A Tom Dixon Café with a professional coffee machine and bar counter will serve residents free coffee.

Gardens and Water Features

Landscaped gardens of 1800 m² will form a green park with walking paths, shaded picnic spots and bridges over water. A decorative Slow River will run among the gardens above the city. In the Podium Oasis zone, peacocks will live among trees and shrubs, with resting places by the water. The rooftop will be reserved for residents and their guests, managed by Mr. Eight Services, with circular terraces looking out to the villas and golf courses of Emirates Hills and to the Dubai Marina and JLT skyscrapers. An observatory with a telescope will be installed on top.

Pools, Sport and Children

The Wellness Deck sports area will sit on the podium level within the green park. Two pools are planned, including a 29-metre swimming pool on the Wellness Deck terrace with an island style lounge area and a fire pit at its centre, surrounded by private cabanas and shaded greenery. Padel tennis and tennis courts are planned, along with a panoramic fitness centre with Technogym equipment. Children will have outdoor and indoor play areas, an outdoor playground and a separate safe children's pool. The Kids Play Lounge will include a PlayStation zone, a pottery corner and educational games.

Ownership Terms

Prices start at 1,032,000 AED, with a price per m² of 14,738 AED. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover. Service charges are 193.75 AED per m² a year. Commercial units will range from 152.99 m² to 390.42 m², from 4,769,000 AED.
