Treppan Tower

Treppan Tower is a freehold residential tower under construction in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai, built by Fakhruddin Properties. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2028, and construction is 12% complete. The building will hold 264 branded Treppan Living residences across 27 residential floors.

The building and its homes

The structure comprises a ground floor, 5 parking levels on a podium, 27 residential floors and a roof. Two floors are set aside for resident amenities. Homes include 1 bedroom apartments from 44.21 m² to 59.75 m², 3 bedroom duplexes and 3 bedroom Sky Villas from 267.44 m². Every residence will be handed over furnished, with smart home systems integrated with artificial intelligence.

Prices and payment plan

Prices start at 996,000 AED for a 1 bedroom apartment, and the price per m² is 17,433 AED. A 3 bedroom home starts at 5,562,000 AED. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction, 5% on handover and 45% after handover. The service charge is 150.69 AED per m² a year.

Health and home technology

Air purification and mineralised drinking water supply are planned for the project. Each residence will have automated functions and a smart home system integrated with artificial intelligence. Residents will use a dedicated mobile app to control their living environment, and the building will include facial recognition and robot delivery services.

Amenities on two floors

The two amenity floors will bring together water zones, training spaces, dining and evening entertainment. Landscaped pools, yoga areas and a yoga studio are planned, along with a cafe in a hydroponic greenhouse and a restaurant. A cinema room and open air theatres are designed for evening downtime.

Jumeirah Village Triangle and beyond

The tower is planned in Jumeirah Village Triangle, a family district with green parks, children's playgrounds and schools, plus places for walks and family life. The district has access to major highways, and public transport links it with the city. Shopping and weekend trips in Dubai include Circle mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Marina Mall, Nakheel Mall and Golden Mile Galleria, as well as Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis, The Palm, Bluewaters Island and Burj Al Arab.
