The building contains studios from 37.72 m² starting at 595,000 AED, 1 bedroom apartments from 65.59 m² starting at 995,000 AED, and 2 bedroom apartments from 95.6 m² starting at 1,438,290 AED. The price per m² is 15,045 AED. Apartment layouts are designed to be functional for everyday use. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover.

Architecture and interiors

The design draws on the imagery of the Jura Mountains, with soft forms and a natural aesthetic. The building will have generous natural light and refined materials in the finishes. The gym walls will be curved and finished in travertine, following the smooth architecture and soft curves of the Jura Mountains. A relaxation area will sit next to the gym.

Pools and outdoor leisure

An infinity pool will anchor an outdoor leisure area by the water, with shaded cabanas, sun loungers partly submerged in the water and floating islands for meeting friends. A barbecue area and a landscaped garden complete the outdoor spaces.

Shared spaces inside the building

A club house, a lobby and a lounge area will complement the residential part of the building, providing places to rest and meet neighbours. A spa and a gym with travertine walls are also part of the plan. A children's play area will be provided.

The address is Jura Terraces, DLRC, Dubai, in Wadi Al Safa 5. Global Village, Dragon Mart and Dubai Outlet Mall are nearby. Majid Developments has operated in Dubai since 2004; the company was founded by Mansour Majid and creates residential complexes and entertainment centres in Dubai, with residential complexes and corporate buildings in its portfolio. The building is under construction, so residents will move in after the keys are handed over. The developer may replace materials with equivalent ones; only the contract has force.
