Weston by Wadan is a new residential building under construction in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai, developed by Wadan Developments. The single 17-storey tower will hold 373 homes and is scheduled for handover in Q4 2028. Apartments are sold freehold, with prices starting from 583,346 AED.

Homes and Sizes

The building will contain studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Studios range from 39.86 m² to 50.54 m² and start at 583,346 AED. One bedroom homes run from 63.08 m² to 90.3 m² from 864,265 AED, two bedrooms from 108.51 m² to 179.95 m² from 1,339,617 AED, and three bedrooms from 145.77 m² to 191.19 m² from 1,661,518 AED. Residence areas across the project span 420 to 2230 sq ft.

Interiors and Smart Features

Every apartment will come fully furnished with custom-made furniture. Studios and one bedroom homes will be available in standard and Smart variants. Residences will include air purification, aromatherapy and circadian lighting, along with artificial intelligence based personalisation. A personal AI concierge in the Wadan App will let residents arrange services and guest reception, request individual assistance and receive community news. The developer may substitute materials with equivalent ones, and only the contract has force.

Payment Plan

Apartments can be bought in instalments, with payments continuing after handover. The plan is 24% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover, or 24% on booking, 35% during construction, 5% on handover and 40% after handover. Service charges are 161.46 AED per m² a year.

Pools, Wellness and Sport

The rooftop will hold a water area with an infinity pool, hot jacuzzi and children's pool, plus cabanas and a barbecue area. A separate wellness level will be given to training and recovery, with a gym, pilates reformers, a yoga studio, a sauna and an ice bath. A running track and a sports court are also planned. The amenities list adds a coworking space, a golf simulator, a jogging track and a children's pool.

Games, Work and Shared Spaces

A games level will include a climbing wall, trampoline, swings, mini golf and a golf simulator, with table tennis for matches against an opponent. Coworking and a shared lounge will provide a change of setting, and soundproofed mobile offices will be available for work, study and calls. A reading area is planned for quiet time, and the lounge will have billiards and chess.

Location and Access

Wadi Al Safa 5 is developing as a residential district with green zones, close to major roads and entertainment centres. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road serve daily trips, with Al Ain-Dubai Road and Al Khail Road also nearby. Silicon Central Mall is six minutes away, Dubai Outlet Mall 15 minutes, and the future Blue Line metro is five minutes away. Schools, hospitals and clinics are five minutes from the home. Bus stops nearby include Dubai Sky Courts, Windsor Residence and Academic City, Interchange 2, and other landmarks include Dragon Mart and Burj Khalifa & The Dubai Fountain.
