Keturah Reserve Apartments

Keturah Reserve Apartments is a freehold residential project under construction in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, Dubai, built by MAG Property Development. Handover is planned for Q4 2027, with construction 10% complete. The development will have 722 units across 14 floors, with the tallest buildings rising to 14 storeys.

Apartments and Sizes

The project will offer 1 bedroom apartments from 106 m² to 251.02 m², starting at 3,871,000 AED. 2 bedroom units will range from 167.69 m² to 348.85 m², from 7,224,000 AED, and 4 bedroom apartments will start at 467.67 m² and 19,954,000 AED. The price per m² is 16,748 AED. Apartments in buildings MU 09 to MU 12 will be arranged over ten floors, and these buildings will include two bedroom types A1, A2 and B with a study and a maid's room, as well as three bedroom layouts on the ninth and tenth floors.

Payment Plan

Buyers will pay 20% on booking and 20% during construction. A further 10% falls due on handover, and 50% is payable after handover. The annual service charge is 269.1 AED per m².

Bio Living Design

The project is built around Bio Living, a concept grown from biophilic design, so that residents will live in close connection with nature. Apartments will be turned at an angle to catch daylight and spread it through the rooms without heat or glare, and balconies will be wider than usual. Facades will be clad in travertine in a bone white tone, with vertical bronze lamellae over the stone.

Comfort and Climate

Very high ceilings, thick walls and dense glazing will cool the apartments, and some spaces will have double-height volumes. A VRF system will hold an even temperature in each zone and save electricity, while filters will remove pollen, cooking odours and smoke. Lighting will always fall from the side, and architectural lighting will adjust to the body's daily rhythm.

Residents will have a gym, swimming, squash and padel, a pool for aqua cycling, a Pilates studio, silk aerial classes and a meditation and yoga deck on the roof. A concierge will look after apartments while owners are abroad, watering balcony plants, replacing filters and calling a plumber, and the service will also cover waste sorting, parking, car washing and organic dry cleaning. The project will include a clinic, and King's College Hospital is 9 minutes away by car.
