Mansory Residences by AMAAL

Mansory Residences by AMAAL is a two-tower residential project under construction in Ras Al Khor Ind. First, Dubai, developed by Amaal Development in collaboration with the MANSORY marque. It is planned for handover in Q4 2028, and construction is 7% complete. The development sits within the Meydan Horizon master plan in Mohammed Bin Rashid City.

The towers and the homes

The project comprises two towers, the northern MANSORY Residences and the southern Amaal 8, over a podium with parking. Amaal 8 is planned with 512 residences across 48 residential floors and 8 parking levels in the podium, while the Infinity collection occupies floors 42 to 49. Mansory Residences by AMAAL brings 520 units in total across 49 floors. Homes are offered with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, and two-level residences are planned. The interiors draw on MANSORY design, from carbon-inspired patterns to a sofa modelled on a grand touring seat. Floor plans show views of the lagoon, the Ras Al Khor sanctuary, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Creek and the golf field for various residences. The homes are sold as freehold.

Sizes and prices

Apartments with 1 bedroom range from 80.27 m² to 86.49 m² and start at 1,937,888 AED. The 2 bedroom units range from 112.97 m² to 172.99 m², from 3,145,888 AED. The 3 bedroom homes range from 179.77 m² to 281.68 m², from 4,304,888 AED. The 4 bedroom residences start at 320.24 m² and at 12,154,888 AED. Prices start from 1,937,888 AED, at 22,599 AED per m². The service charge is 193.75 AED per m² a year.

Payment plans

Two payment plans are available, each with 60% due on handover. Under the first, 20% is paid on booking, 20% during construction in four instalments, and 60% on handover. Under the second, 10% is paid on booking, 30% during construction in six instalments, and 60% on handover.

Pools, sport and wellness

The first floor is planned with an infinity pool, a separate children's pool and a 50-metre lap pool, along with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and men's and women's changing rooms. A 41st-floor infinity pool is planned with sunken seating, a poolside bar, loungers, an open terrace, and men's and women's lockers and restrooms. On the first floor, the MANSORY Gym includes indoor and outdoor gyms and a separate women's gym, and there is an indoor yoga studio and an outdoor yoga area. Also on the first floor are a padel court, a mini golf course and an outdoor sports area, plus men's and women's spa complexes with massage rooms, steam room and sauna, an outdoor spa and massage area, and a beauty and health space.

Dining, family areas and services

The first floor is planned with a racing simulator and a golf simulator in two separate pavilions, an indoor cinema, a residents' lounge, a restaurant with a bar, an outdoor dining area and outdoor VIP seating. The MANSORY Club Lounge, MANSORY Café & Bar and MANSORY Boutique are also listed. The 41st floor is planned with restaurants and outdoor dining areas beside the upper pool. For families there is a children's play area, an outdoor play zone and a multipurpose outdoor court, and a pet zone. A climate-controlled car lounge is planned with car care arranged through the concierge and detailing, and Infinity owners have a closed VIP parking showroom with polished finishes, air conditioning, dimmed lighting, personal spaces, security and direct access to penthouse lifts. Services include butler service, room service, housekeeping, laundry, moving assistance, arrival preparation, fridge stocking and floral arrangements, plus the Carte Blanche concierge, travel concierge, catering and event organisation. Residents have the MANSORY Residents App.

Location and the master plan

Meydan Horizon is planned with four crystal lagoons and a four-kilometre promenade with private beaches, lounges and water sports. The Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and Dubai Design District are 5 minutes by car, and Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport are 10 minutes away. DIFC is 15 minutes away and Jumeirah Beach is 17 minutes away. Among the landmarks listed are Burj Khalifa & The Dubai Fountain, Dubai Mall, Dubai Festival City Mall, Wafi Mall, City Walk, Dubai Frame and Infinity Bridge.
