About the project
Parkgreen Residences is a new residential building under construction in Liwan, Dubai, developed by Alishaan. The project is scheduled for handover in Q4 2027 and will contain 116 freehold apartments. Prices start from 921,617 AED.
The Building and Its Green Design
The building will have a ground floor and nine residential floors above it, served by two lifts. By design, greenery will rise from a garden at ground level to trees on the roof, with gardens planted on the terraces. A swimming pool will sit in the courtyard, surrounded by the garden.
Apartments and Sizes
The project will offer one, two and three bedroom apartments. One bedroom units will range from 64.47 m² to 90.12 m², with prices from 921,617 AED. Two bedroom apartments will span 109.53 m² to 146.14 m², from 1,532,102 AED, and three bedroom units will range from 136.01 m² to 170.11 m², from 1,866,179 AED. Kitchens will come fully equipped with appliances, and apartments will be handed over partly furnished.
Amenities in the Building
