Parkway

Parkway is a residential tower under construction in Meydan, Dubai, developed by Prestige One. The building is planned for handover in Q1 2028 and construction is 11% complete. All 274 apartments are freehold and sit within a single 32-storey tower.

The building The tower has a Ground Floor, Podium Floors, 32 Residential Floors and a Rooftop. Every home is in this one building; there are no separate standalone houses. Buyers choose a floor and a layout within the tower. The rooftop sits above the residential part.

Apartments and sizes The project has 158 one-bedroom apartments from 67.76 m² to 79.79 m², priced from 1,670,000 AED. There are 88 two-bedroom apartments from 102.52 m² to 116.98 m², from 2,400,000 AED. The 28 three-bedroom apartments range from 161.32 m² to 161.39 m² and start at 3,540,000 AED. The price per m² is 21,820 AED, and the service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.

Payment plan A buyer pays 20% on booking, 45% during construction and 35% on handover. The remaining part of the price falls due when the keys are handed over.

Leisure inside the tower An indoor Cinema Room is planned with soft chairs beneath a ceiling modelled as a starry sky. A separate open-air Cinema Area will allow film evenings outside. The Games Room will hold arcade machines, so gaming equipment need not take up space in the apartment. An Owner’s Lounge and a Club Lounge / Multi-Purpose Room will add shared space for meetings and gatherings.

Outdoors and wellbeing The outdoor areas include adult, family and children’s pools, a juice bar, an Open Garden Deck and a BBQ Area. A gym, a yoga studio, a children’s playground and a playroom are also planned. The interior layouts are designed for daily life, rest and hosting guests, and large windows will bring daylight into the rooms. The developer may replace materials with equivalent ones; only the contract has force.
