The Winslow by IGO

The Winslow by IGO is a residential and commercial building under construction in Meydan, Dubai, developed by IGO. The 23-storey building is planned for handover in Q2 2028 and is part of the developing master community Meydan Horizon. Apartments are sold freehold.

Apartments and commercial units

The building will contain 190 apartments on floors six to twenty-three, in one, two and three bedroom layouts. One bedroom units start at 69.96 m² and 1,635,777 AED, two bedroom units span 107.62 m² to 120.8 m² from 2,406,777 AED. Commercial units range from 48.76 m² to 194.26 m², from 1,783,777 AED. Apartment interiors will include a smart home system, SMEG built-in kitchen appliances, TOTO sanitaryware, porcelain stoneware and European aluminium windows with thermal break and double glazing, with ceilings of 3.2 metres.

Offices and shops in the building

Eight shops are planned for the ground level, with ceilings of 4.25 metres and areas from 1121 to 2667 sq ft. Four podium levels will hold 62 offices from 525 to 2091 sq ft, delivered shell and core with 3.2 metre ceilings. The entrance lobby is designed with ceilings 6.5 metres high. Ten lifts will serve the building: four for residential floors, five for commercial levels and one service lift, and air conditioning is free of charge.

Amenities on the fifth floor

The fifth floor will hold an infinity pool, an adult pool and a children's pool, a landscaped garden terrace with outdoor seating and a juice bar. For sport, pickleball courts, a running track and separate fully equipped gyms are planned. Children will have a climate-controlled playroom and an outdoor playground. Evenings can centre on outdoor lounges, a barbecue area and an open-air cinema screen for films and sports broadcasts, and a multifunction room is planned for private celebrations and classes.

Payment plan

The payment plan allows 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover. The service charge is 193.75 AED per m² a year. The developer may substitute materials with equivalent ones, and only the contract is binding.

Location and connections

The project connects via internal streets to Ras Al Khor Road, Al Ain-Dubai Road and Al Manama Street. Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is 5 minutes by car, Mediclinic Creek Harbor 7 minutes, Nad Al Sheba Mall 9 minutes and Meydan Golf 10 minutes. Dubai Mall and Hartland International School are 12 minutes away, DXB international airport 10 minutes, and a future metro station is shown on the project plan.
