Parkwood

Parkwood is a new residential project under construction in Dubai Hills, Dubai, built by Emaar Properties. Handover is planned for Q1 2029, and construction is 15% complete. The complex will have 488 units across 20 floors, with freehold ownership.

Residences and Prices

Parkwood will contain one, two and three bedroom apartments and three bedroom townhouses. One bedroom apartments start at 1,803,888 AED, two bedroom apartments at 3,059,888 AED, and three bedroom apartments at 3,981,888 AED. By design, one bedroom units will range from 67.54 m² to 71.72 m², two bedroom units from 109.25 m² to 120.96 m², and three bedroom units from 146.51 m² to 146.88 m². The price per m² is 23,861 AED, and the service charge is 215.28 AED per m² a year.

Payment Plan

The payment plan is structured as 10% on booking, 70% during construction and 20% on handover.

Design and Interiors

The architecture and interiors take inspiration from the Vida style, with natural tones and natural textures. Interiors are planned with open layouts and finishes in natural tones, and open layouts will bring natural light into the rooms. The developer may substitute materials with equivalent ones, and only the contract has force.

Hillside Park

Hillside Park will adjoin the project on a hillside slope, with four themed zones: Zen Spaces, Leisure Zone, Energy Hub and Athletic Centre. Zen Spaces will include groves, art elements, dry fountains and seating in niches. Leisure Zone will include an amphitheatre, an open air cinema, an events lawn, a picnic area and a dog park. Energy Hub will include a skate bowl, a pump track, a parkour area, a running loop and outdoor gym equipment, and the park will also have a Golf Putting Green. Athletic Centre will include sports courts, a swimming pool, a yoga terrace and a fitness frame.

Amenities in the Complex

Within Parkwood, a pool with a terrace and a spa are planned. For sport, there will be indoor and outdoor gyms, a yoga studio and an open yoga terrace, a multipurpose play area and a multisport court. A landscaped garden with shared lawns, a rooftop terrace, a multipurpose lounge, a cinema room and a barbecue area with dining tables are planned for gatherings. A children's play area is also planned.
