Samana Mykonos is a residential building under construction in Dubai Studio City, developed by Samana. Handover is planned for Q4 2026, and construction is 86% complete. The project is freehold and contains 300 units across 9 floors.

The building holds studios from 38.95 m² starting at 898,941 AED, and one bedroom apartments from 119.77 m² starting at 1,746,000 AED. The price per m² is 13,768 AED. Apartments will have spacious interiors and spacious balconies, with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

A Pool in Every Apartment

By design, every apartment will have its own private pool. The building totals 198 apartments: 143 studios, 35 with one bedroom, 16 with two bedrooms and 4 with three bedrooms, and all of them come with a private pool. The exact position of the pool in a chosen apartment will be shown on its plan.

The Lagoon Deck

The centrepiece by design is a large leisure deck with a main pool shaped as a lagoon, plus a jacuzzi and water cascades. The lagoon is intended to give the feeling of a beach. The house is designed after Mykonos and its minimalist Cycladic architecture, in white and bright blue. The building will have landscaped urban gardens.

Amenities in the Building

Residents will have an indoor and outdoor gym, a sauna and a steam room, a rooftop cinema and an open air cinema, a barbecue area and a children's playground. A concierge service will operate in the building, and parking will come with a valet. Solar panels will be installed on the building.

Payment and Handover

The payment plan is 34% on booking and 70% on handover, with a 4% DLD fee paid separately. Buyer funds go to an escrow account held at Emirates NBD. The district sits close to Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan street, 8 minutes from Dubai Miracle Garden, 15 minutes from Mall of the Emirates, 20 minutes from Ibn Battuta Mall and 30 minutes from Dubai Mall.
