Tonino Lamborghini Residences

Tonino Lamborghini Residences is a 12-storey residential project under construction in Meydan, Dubai, built by Gulf Land Property Developers. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2026, and construction is 60% complete. The building will hold 554 freehold units, with prices starting from 2,450,000 AED.

Apartments and layouts

The project includes 296 one-bedroom apartments, 141 with two bedrooms and 95 with three bedrooms. One-bedroom units range from 84.47 m² to 140.59 m² and start at 2,450,000 AED. Two-bedroom apartments span 111.72 m² to 270.21 m² from 3,090,000 AED, while three-bedroom homes measure 140.09 m² to 210.13 m² from 3,890,000 AED. Flexible layouts will let buyers choose a configuration to suit the size of their household and the need for separate rooms. The price per m² is 26,887 AED.

Payment and ownership

Apartments are sold as freehold. The payment plan is split into 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover. The service charge is 236.81 AED per m² a year.

Design and finishes

Italian design runs from the lobby to the kitchen. Lobby and corridor spaces are finished with Tonino Lamborghini tiles. Kitchens will be fitted with Tonino Lamborghini cabinetry, finishes and hardware, along with appliances from international manufacturers. Every washbasin carries the Tonino Lamborghini mark, and branded sanitaryware continues the finish in the bathroom. Selected residences will feature accent walls in carbon fibre. Buyers can choose from several finish options and may order a Tonino Lamborghini furniture package.

Pools and wellness

The swimming pool is designed in Italy and finished with hand-laid mosaic. The grounds will include adult and children's pools. A Wellness Hub with a spa and a steam room complements the water areas.

Sport, leisure and services

The complex will have a botanical garden and landscaped gardens, gazebos, a padel court and a sports area. A running track and a gym are planned for individual training. A retail zone and a restaurant will serve daily needs on site, and a club house and cinema room will provide shared spaces for leisure. Children get a playground and a playroom. Concierge services and security are part of the service set. Blocks C1, C2, C3 and C4 will be linked by a common podium.
