The Symphony by Imtiaz

The Symphony by Imtiaz is a mixed-use tower under construction in Meydan Horizon, Bu Kadra, Nad Al Sheba 1, Dubai. Imtiaz is the developer, and the building is scheduled for handover in Q2 2029, when buyers receive their keys. The project is freehold.

Apartments and Layouts

Apartments start on the tenth floor and run from one to four bedrooms, including a Master Suite format and two-level duplexes on the upper floors. Three-bedroom homes measure from 172.91 m² and start at 4,665,483 AED. Four-bedroom homes range from 238.43 m² to 458.22 m² and start at 9,561,765 AED. Prices at the project begin at 2,775,625 AED, at 24,611 AED per m².

Commercial Units

Commercial units range from 96.34 m² to 141.74 m² and start at 3,489,040 AED. Eight retail units, R-1 to R-8, are planned for the ground floor, with two more, R-1 and R-5, on the first podium level. Office floors occupy levels one to eight and podium levels P1, P4 and P5, with four to six offices per podium floor and up to nine and ten on the first and second floors. The third floor shows nine office blocks, and floors four to eight show seven each, with a pantry numbered 07. The first floor holds an Office Lounge and separate male and female prayer rooms.

Architecture and Lobbies

The design draws on the architectural legacy of Zaha Hadid, with a sculpted silhouette of soft curves and an exterior that catches daylight. The project description also references the Emirati crafts of Al Sadu and Al Talli. The podium will be planted with greenery. Residents and offices have separate lobbies on the ground floor: the residential lobby is designed with daylight across textured surfaces and sculptural wall lines, while the commercial lobby is finished in polished stone with mirrored accents and controlled lighting.

Amenities

A Main Infinity Pool, shower, jacuzzi, Floating Deck and cabana are planned for the first floor, alongside a Kids Pool, children's play area, swings, Reading Corner and open lounge. The same terrace holds an Outdoor Cinema, barbecue area and table tennis, and landscaped gardens are listed among the building's amenities. The ninth floor will house a Clubhouse with conversation areas, quiet corners and a billiard table, plus a gym fitted with machines and pilates reformers; a second gym is shown on the first floor. A yoga studio and outdoor Yoga Deck, sauna and steam room are also planned, along with Reader's Cove library, coworking space, a restaurant and an events hall. A rooftop terrace appears in the amenities list.

Floor Plans and Views

Below ground are two basement levels, B1 and B2. Above them sit the ground floor G and five podium levels, P1 to P5. Residential duplexes and the MEP plant reach the 35th floor. Floor plans indicate views of Burj Khalifa and the lagoon, the park and the surrounding development.

Payment Plan and Ownership

Buyers pay 35% on booking, 25% in four instalments during construction, and 40% on handover in Q2 2029. Ownership is freehold, and the service charge is 215.28 AED per m² a year. Construction progress stands at 6%.
