Trevino

Trevino is a residential project under construction in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, developed by Avelon Developments. The building is planned for handover in Q2 2027. Apartments are available freehold, with prices starting from 739,900 AED.

The Building and Its Units

Trevino will hold 109 apartments in a single residential building on five floors. The layout follows a G+P+5 formula: ground floor, podium and five residential levels. The architecture is cascade in style, expressing the change in levels across the building. In the unit selection, the building is listed as Building 1, a name useful together with the lot number when comparing options.

Studios range from 36.42 m² to 39.95 m² and start at 759,500 AED. One bedroom apartments run from 63.36 m² to 87.61 m², from 1,219,500 AED. Two bedroom apartments measure 113.06 m² to 126.81 m² and start at 1,817,600 AED. The price per square metre is 14,333 AED, and the service charge is 172.22 AED per m² per year.

Payment Plans

Several payment schedules will be available. One is 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover. Another is 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover. Further options include 20% on booking, 20% during construction and 60% on handover; 20% on booking, 40% during construction, 10% on handover and 30% after handover; and 20% on booking, 40% during construction, 20% on handover and 20% after handover. A plan of 20% on booking, 10% during construction and 70% on handover also appears. The escrow account is held by Emirates NBD Bank (P.J.S.C).

Rooftop and Water Spaces

An infinity pool is planned for the roof, together with a Rooftop Meditation Zone. The rooftop cabana will face the Dubai Marina skyline. A barbecue area completes the upper terraces. At ground level, a Resort Style Pool will be surrounded by loungers and lounge zones, and an Olympic Size Pool will complement the water areas.

Shared Spaces Inside

The project includes green internal courtyards set aside for relaxation, and a Zen Garden will complete the common areas. A grand lobby with a reception desk will greet residents, and the shared interiors will use soft tones and flowing lines. A fitness centre will be located in the building, along with coworking lounges and a clubhouse with a lounge and games area. Children will have an outdoor playground and an Indoor Kid's Play Area. Pets are permitted.

Interiors and Surroundings

Apartments will feature Italian tiles, custom cabinetry and a warm neutral palette, with large windows bringing daylight into the rooms. Branded appliances are planned for the kitchens. A green strip lies in front of the windows, with townhouses around. Parks, schools and medical facilities are present in the district, including JSS International School L.L.C and King's College Hospital Dubai. Bus stops JVC, Season Community Autumn and JVC, Season Community Summer are nearby, and a trip to Circle Mall serves shopping close to home.
