368 Park Ln. is a residential tower under construction in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, built by Tabeer. The building will have 14 floors and 213 apartments, with handover planned for Q2 2028. Homes are available freehold, with prices starting from 734,000 AED.

The project will include studios and apartments from one bedroom to a three bedroom duplex. Studios will measure 41.06 m² to 42.27 m² and start at 734,000 AED. One bedroom homes will range from 39.48 m² to 77.76 m² and start at 1,049,000 AED. Two bedroom apartments will start at 126.53 m² and 1,725,000 AED, and three bedroom duplexes will start at 214.05 m² and 3,500,000 AED. Every layout will have its own balcony, and kitchens will be fitted with furniture from European brands.

Payment plan and service charge

Apartments are sold freehold. The project is registered with the Dubai Land Department, and the escrow account is held at First Abu Dhabi Bank. The registration fee of the Dubai Land Department is added to the price at booking.
