Sky Harmony

Sky Harmony is a residential project under construction in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. Peace Homes Development is building it, and handover is planned for Q4 2027. Construction is 13% complete.

Apartments and layouts

The building will hold 197 units across 12 floors. Studios will range from 36.29 m² to 36.79 m², with prices starting at 734,366 AED. One bedroom apartments will run from 74.13 m² to 77.7 m², from 1,276,688 AED. Two bedroom units will be larger, from 256.18 m² to 313.21 m², starting at 4,412,000 AED. Buyers will choose between a studio and an apartment with a separate bedroom, with floor areas from 400 to 2406 sq ft.

Price and payment

The price per m² is 16,038 AED. The payment plan splits the purchase into 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover. Ownership will be freehold. Service charge is set at 161.46 AED per m² a year.

Amenities

More than twenty amenities will be part of the building. A shared swimming pool and a separate children's pool are planned, along with a gym and a sauna. A cinema room and a library will give residents places to spend an evening at home. A children's play area and a lounge zone are also planned, and security will be provided.

The building and its base

The house will stand at Al Barsha South Fourth in Jumeirah Village Circle, in a single block. Three shops will occupy the ground level, with four podium levels above them. A dedicated first floor will hold the shared amenities, and apartments will run from the second to the twelfth floor. Typical plans are grouped from the second to the sixth floor and from the seventh to the eleventh, with separate plans for the twelfth floor and the roof.

Interiors and equipment

Apartments will be handed over with finished interiors. Flooring is included in the finish, and kitchens come with built-in appliances. Built-in wardrobes and storage systems are part of the specification. Bathrooms will be fitted with sanitaryware, and full height windows will run from floor to ceiling. Energy efficient air conditioning systems are included. The developer may replace materials with equivalent ones, and only the contract has force.

Getting around

The district connects to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Al Khail Road (E44) and Hessa Street. Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure are 10 minutes away by car. Dubai Marina is 12 minutes away, Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach 15 minutes. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Downtown and Business Bay are each 20 minutes away, and Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) are 25 minutes away. Bus stops Samer Park and Sandoval Lane Apartments 1 are in the surroundings, along with Tuscan Residences and Noor Residences.
