Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai

Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai is a new-build tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Trade Center First, Dubai. DarGlobal is the developer, and the building is under construction with handover planned for Q4 2031. It will be the first and only Trump International Hotel & Tower in the Middle East.

One tower, three parts

The tower will rise 76 floors and combine three elements under one roof: Trump International Hotel, the members-only club The Trump, and Trump Residences. Trump Residences are the homes, starting on floor 14. On floors 75 and 76 there will be two two-level penthouses, and no others in the building. Residents will have their own entrance drop-off zone, separate from the hotel and club entrance, and a parking building stands next to the tower.

Homes and layouts

By design, residences will come with one, two or three bedrooms. One-bedroom homes will occupy floors 14 to 56, with apartment areas from 55.56 to 67.09 m² and balconies from 12.23 to 15.38 m². Two-bedroom residences will start on floor 18, with areas from 88.44 to 127.15 m². Three-bedroom homes will sit on floors 36 to 74, from 124.09 to 165.18 m², with balconies up to 36.44 m². The penthouses, inspired by the Trump Penthouse on Fifth Avenue in New York, will each measure 578.73 m² with a 143.70 m² balcony. Ceilings will be high and finishes made to order, and windows will run from floor to ceiling.

Shared amenities

Residents will have a rooftop pool with a view over the Downtown skyline and Burj Khalifa. The amenity set will include a gym with modern equipment, a golf simulator, an Owners Lounge, a children's play area and a multi-functional hall for meetings and gatherings.

The Trump club

The Trump, Members-Only Club will admit members only, with an annual fee, and residents of the tower will have priority access. Inside there will be a cigar salon, a private lounge, a signature bar, a restaurant, a cafe and a separate room for private dinners. For work there will be a meeting room, and for relaxation a pool with a terrace and cafe. The club will also house a spa and wellness centre with treatment rooms, a gym and a yoga studio.

Ownership and payment

Residences will be sold as freehold. Prices start from 3,596,240 AED, at 43,899 AED per m², and the tower will hold 588 units. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 70% in seven instalments during construction and 10% on handover, with a 4% DLD government fee payable separately. Buyer funds will go to an escrow account held at Emirates NBD. Construction progress stands at 4%.

Getting around

Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall will be 2 minutes away, DIFC 8 minutes, the Museum of the Future 10 and City Walk 12. Dubai Frame will be 15 minutes away, DXB airport 20, Burj Al Arab 22, Dubai Marina 25 and Palm Jumeirah 28.
