Blue Beach Residence is a new residential project in Hamriya West, Sharjah, developed by Ajmal Makan and scheduled for handover in Q4 2027. It is part of Ajmal Makan City, a gated coastal city, and is currently under construction with 15% progress. The project will have 204 apartments across 6 floors, with prices from 970,000 AED and freehold ownership.

The project will offer 1 bedroom apartments from 106.09 m² starting at 970,000 AED, and 2 bedroom apartments from 138.52 m² to 160.82 m² starting at 1,251,000 AED. 3 bedroom apartments will range from 235.39 m² to 244.84 m², starting at 1,983,000 AED. The price per m² is 8099 AED.

Payment Plan

The payment plan places 24% on booking, 20% during construction and 60% on handover. A second option sets 14% on booking, 30% during construction and 60% on handover.

Beach and Orientation

The project will have a private sandy beach and a palm-lined promenade, with sandy paths leading from the homes directly to the water. The buildings will be turned toward the Gulf so that nearly every apartment will look at the sea, with balconies facing the water. Running and cycling tracks will run through the grounds.
