Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana is a branded residential project built in partnership with a football club. Ohana Development is constructing it in Al Rahah on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The building is under construction, with handover planned for Q4 2029.

Price and payment

Prices start from 3,150,420 AED, at 24,058 AED per m². The service charge is 193.75 AED per m² a year. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover, or 35% on booking and 65% on handover. The developer may replace materials with equivalent ones; only the contract has force.
