Naseem Al Jurf Apartments

Naseem Al Jurf Apartments is an under-construction project by IMKAN in Ghadeer Al Tair, Abu Dhabi, within the coastal community of Al Jurf between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The development is planned for handover in Q3 2027. Apartments are sold as freehold.

Residences and layouts The project comprises 374 apartments across 5 floors. Unit types include 1 bedroom apartments from 57 m² to 106 m² from 1,064,653 AED, 2 bedrooms from 119 m² to 147 m² from 1,795,777 AED, and 3 bedrooms from 188 m² to 217 m² from 3,112,777 AED. Apartments are planned in eight buildings with a total floor area of 38 283 m² and a total building area of 43 371 m². The wider master plan also includes 60 townhouses and four villa collections: 44 Acacia villas, 29 canal villas, 21 Somer villas and 17 Tala villas.

Beyond standard apartments Alongside single-level one, two and three bedroom apartments, the project plans lofts with a mezzanine, penthouses and duplexes of up to four bedrooms. Loft apartments with a garden measure 57 m² in total, with 48 m² internal area and a 9 m² balcony. Corner loft apartments measure 76 m² in total, with 56 m² internal area and a 21 m² balcony. Both loft types are arranged on the ground and mezzanine levels (G+M).

West Block West Block contains one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as three and four bedroom duplexes. One bedroom apartments there come in five types with 72-73 m² internal area, balconies of 6 to 16 m² and total areas of 79-88 m². Two bedroom apartments come in eight types with 108-120 m² internal area, balconies of 6 to 56 m² and total areas of 114-176 m². Three bedroom apartments come in seven types with 156-165 m² internal area, balconies of 24 to 89 m² and total areas of 182-245 m².

Interiors Apartment interiors are planned in light shades and soft pastel tones. Kitchens will be equipped with appliances and storage solutions. Bathrooms and kitchen areas are planned for everyday convenience and finished in materials that the developer may replace with equivalent ones; only the contract has force.

Beach, canal and amenities A private beach, a private marina and a man-made canal are planned. The Al Jurf canal will run 4.36 km through the 380 hectare site at a width of 70 metres, with a depth varying from 3 to 5 metres, adding 8.72 km of shoreline and beaches to the community. Ghazal Park is planned with shared pools, cycle tracks and meditation spots, and its paths will lead to the beach promenade. Naseem Plaza is planned for shops, restaurants and cafes. A children's playground is planned, and pets are permitted.

Payment plans Five payment plans are available: 70/30, 60/40, 50/50, 40/60 and 100%. The service charge is 118.4 AED per m² a year.
